Was erwartet dich?
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Gaming-Strategie von InkuPlay (Esports, Creator, Community & Content)
Verantwortung für alle Teams, Spieler:innen, Creator sowie deren langfristige Entwicklung
Entwicklung eines modernen High-Performance-Ansatzes, inklusive Sports Psychology, Data, Coaching und Talentförderung
Leitung und Ausbau von Scouting- und Recruiting-Prozessen, inkl. internationaler Talentsuche
Steuerung des Player & Creator Managements sowie Gestaltung von Vertragsmodellen
Identifikation neuer Chancen in der globalen Gaming- und Creator-Landschaft (Titel, Formate, Kooperationen)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CEO, Operations, Marketing, Partnerships und Produktentwicklung
Verantwortung für Teamkultur, Prozesse, Compliance und die professionelle Weiterentwicklung aller Beteiligten
Repräsentation von InkuPlay nach außen – auf Events, in Medien und in der Szene
Budgetverantwortung für den gesamten Gaming-Bereich und Reporting an das Executive Board
